Meet the Team: Milika
Job Role/Responsibilities: Process Worker & Quality Control

Milika has been an integral part of the Loloma team since 2017. As a Process Worker and Quality Control specialist, her responsibilities include:

Process Oil: Filling oil in jars and maintaining stringent quality checks to ensure the best product.
Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning processing equipment after each use to uphold our standards.
Order Dispatch: Ensuring timely dispatch of orders to our customers.

What Milika Enjoys Most About Working at Loloma:

Milika appreciates the supportive and friendly working environment at Loloma. She values the directors' helpful and polite approach toward employees and enjoys the work-life balance the company offers. This balance allows her to pursue her caregiving studies while working and attending to her children when needed. Milika takes great pride in being part of the team that processes oils, finding it particularly rewarding to receive positive feedback about the oils' benefits, especially for hair growth.

Name: Kelera
Job Role / Responsibilities: Process Worker

Kelera joined the Loloma team on 14th August 2020, bringing with her a passion for quality and a commitment to excellence. As a dedicated Process Worker at Loloma, Kelera plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. Her responsibilities include:

Preparing raw materials for Loloma products
Sealing and packaging products for shipping
Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are met
Supporting various tasks in the production area
Ensuring that production aligns with supply demands

What Kelera Enjoys Most About Working at Loloma:
Kelera appreciates the hands-on experience she gains as a process worker. She values the supportive and collaborative environment at Loloma, where team members are always ready to help each other. Working in a skincare product factory has provided her with valuable industry experience. Notably, Kelera has been a part of the Loloma family for nearly five years and played a pivotal role in naming the brand. She suggested the word "Loloma," which means "love" in Fijian, encapsulating the brand's essence and mission.

Hobbies Outside of Work:
Outside of work, Kelera enjoys baking, fishing, and listening to music. These activities provide her with relaxation and joy, helping her maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.

Name: Olivia
Job Role / Responsibilities: Production Manager

Olivia joined the Loloma team on 15th January 2024. Her background and enthusiasm bring a fresh perspective to the production process and team dynamics. As the Production Manager at Loloma, Olivia oversees the entire production process of our skincare products, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her key responsibilities include:

Overseeing production to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines
Managing inventory levels
Leading and motivating the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Handling the distribution and dispatch of jars of oil to clients, while maintaining strong customer relationships
Continuously evaluating and introducing new methodologies to improve production processes
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
Implementing cost-effective measures to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational expenses
Conducting sales visits and meeting with customers on a monthly basis
Completing other tasks assigned by the directors

What Olivia Enjoys Most About Working at Loloma:
For Olivia, working at Loloma is her first experience in the skincare industry and as part of a management team. She appreciates the supportive and approachable nature of the directors and enjoys collaborating with a team of skilled and cooperative colleagues. Growing up using coconut oils, Olivia is thrilled to work with pure virgin coconut oil products. She shares how her daughter loves the packaging and often shows it to visitors, and her mother's hair growth has benefited from the products. Olivia finds satisfaction in receiving positive customer feedback during sales visits, particularly from those praising the products for hair growth, moisturizing properties, and soothing effects on skin irritations.

Hobbies Outside of Work:
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending quality time with her children, reading books, swimming, and playing carrom board games. She also has a keen interest in researching the products she works with, especially in skincare and coconut oil, to better understand and improve the offerings at Loloma.
